Test Your Keyboard Ability

The keyboard is one of tool we use frequently when using a computer. But, let’s test the keyboard if it is a reliable or not.

Here are several ways to test whether your keyboard really reliable or not.

You just type the sentence of “the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog” but in ways as follows :



1. Open your notepad in Windows Accessories Menu.
2. Press and hold on the left and right shift keys
3. Type the sentence of “The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog”. (Note that the left and right shift keys not be released, but stay to hold on untill you have finished typing the sentence).
4. See if the writing out is completed. Is the output sentence accordance with the input words above or there are any missing letters.
5. If there were a lot of missing letters, then the keyboard has the low quality. Please do not be disappointed if your keyboard included in the low quality. This is just a test. The important is we can still typing to improve the work.

Why we must type the sentence of “the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog” ? Because those words is a sentence containing all the letters of the alphabet used to test typewriters and computer keyboards, and in other applications involving all the letters in English alphabet.
