Hiding The Screen Saver Tab in Windows

If your computer is often used by another person, it will be better to protect our pc from other of doing mischief to change certain settings on our computer, including changing the screen saver. Surely we do not want our screen saver is replaced with the words or images that are not polite.

1.Click Start >> Run and type gpedit.msc then click OK to get a window of group policy editor.

2. Click User Configuration >> Administrative Templates >> Control Panel >> Display

3. In the right panel, double click on the Hide Screen Saver tab to get a window Hide Screen Saver tab of the Properties.

4. Select Enabled option.

5. Click OK.

6. Finish.

After that, open the Display Properties, and make sure the screen saver tab is not there anymore.

Renaming The Recycle Bin in Windows

If we want to change the Recycle Bin name, we can use Windows registry editor with the following steps :


1. Click Start >> Run then type regedit , press OK will open up the Window Registry Editor.

2. Click HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT >> CLSID >> {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}

3. Then double-click the default name in the right panel it and The Edit String window will be displayed.

4. On The value of data, change the name “as_you_like” followed by pressing OK

5. Close The Registry Editor window

6. Restart your PC or Laptop

7. After entering the Windows, open The Windows Explorer, and you will find the Recycle Bin has turned into your given name .
